Is it largely internal? Something that perhaps wouldn’t be as visible to the outside, yet would make a huge impact on your own well-being and the way you move through the world? 

Is it all of these things??

What I’m here to do is help you get from where you are now to what is that you want. Simple as that.

Since Permission is "Per Mission," we spend time identifying and re-committing to your unique and core values – the things that are most important to you. We make sure you’re well nourished in the areas of your life that support who you truly are. 

Then we work with whatever is blocking you from feeling like you have permission. 

This includes things like writing exercises; metaphor and vision work; irl experiments; what I call “perspectiving”… And sometimes I’ll simply ask you to trust me to be your proxy and give you a permission slip. Literally, if you’d like one!  

All of it, always, rooted in listening to you.

How do we do that?

 Coaching Packages

I offer two coaching packages: one for 3 months, one for 6 months. Each package includes:

  • 3x monthly live 1:1 sessions with me

  • Private text and voice message support between sessions

  • A bespoke program that includes daily practices and tools that help you start feeling shifts immediately

  • Regular check-ins to make sure you’re moving toward where you want to be

The one you choose depends on how much time you want to take, the nature of the changes, how ready you are…and, most importantly, what feels best for you.

Single Session

Sometimes we just need a space to come dump what’s on our minds and spirits or to prepare for something ahead. This is an open time to bring whatever is most pressing for you, and the goal is for you to walk away with a “permission slip” — feeling clear, grounded, re-committed, and connected to yourself as you move forward. These sessions typically last between 1.5-2 hours and tend to include things like:


  • Sharing a creative project or idea (e.g., writing, painting, podcast, photography)

  • Building a routine or self-care plan that works for you

  • Dream analysis

  • Quitting a job

  • Resume or interview support

  • Prepping for a performance, public appearance or presentation

  • Asking for a raise

  • Having a difficult conversation

  • Support for recovery work

  • Support for a meal or body movement plan

  • Getting rid of stuff / making your home more welcoming for you / wardrobe makeover

  • Talking through dating

  • Whether to commit. Whether to leave.

  • Reviewing a business plan

  • Simply feeling, and needing a witness

Group or Team Coaching

I do work with groups of all kinds to facilitate connection and build community and trust. Work teams, family and friend groups, book clubs, support or spiritual groups, etc. Specialties lie in corporate culture, ideal work (or non-work) day, dreaming and scheming, collective inspiration, healing, and support.
